What food certifications do you have?
Debby's Kitchen is 5 star food hygiene rated. Be rest assured your food is prepared in a clean environment following the highest standards.
How does the Nationwide Delivery work?
After you place your order, we prepare your meal freshly, freeze it and then send it out in a temperature controlled box ie with ice packs to ensure safe delivery. We use an external courier company (DHL) to deliver your order. Please make sure you are available to collect your order in order to avoid longer delivery times for your meal. DHL will send an email and text message to let you know your delivery times so that you are aware of when they will be delivering.
How long does it take to deliver?
Your order will be delivered between 2-3 working days from the day you place your order. Please note we do not offer weekend delivery as the cost to do this is considerably higher than the standard shipping cost but if you prefer this, please send an email to email@example.com or send a direct message on instagram @debbyskitchen_orders
What days do you deliver?
Due to the operation of the external courier that we use, orders can only be delivered between Tuesdays and Fridays. Cut off time to place your order for delivery on Friday is by mid-day on Wednesday.
Weekend delivery is not available as it is considerable more expensive but if you would like this still, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or send a direct message on instagram @debbyskitchen_orders before placing your order.
Can I order a meal that is not on the menu?
Yes we take special orders where possible. Send an email to email@example.com or a direct message on Instagram @debbyskitchen_orders and we will try our best to cater to your special order.
